Because driving a Z is so much more than going straight. posted by AshsZ (FABio) on January 27, 2003 at 01:03 AM |

How many Z's where sold in the United States? Something just shy of 80,000 Z32's models? I think it's money, time and labor vise that thinking of straight line to curvy road driving. Because we both know the RX-7 out handles the Z and even on a lot of road test like the R&T and Motor trend, it's not like the Z was killing any of the other cars. Again poor excuse, because the Z has way more models sold running around than all the other Japan sports cars, yet the Z doesn't find it's way over to that straight line as much, yet it can be just as powerful, can run 10,11,12 second times with bolt on's. Yet any one answer is an opinion and have to be left at that. The car runs a 11 second time on stock turbo's, I mean come on now. People need to stop saying it can't run like the rest. The best Supra time I know of is 11 seconds as well. The box thinking leads some to believe this is all we got then some take all this the wrong way and say thing like 1/4 Queen ( geezz ). Because it's not the fastest doesn't mean it's not just as fast. I not trying to start a revolution here, lol and I'm not making a drag car, I just think your power ratio should some what reflect your time and I know more Z's on the strip = lesser driveing skills which over all makes the Z32 it'self look slow as well.
STAGE V++++ Going to XIII and beyond :) |
